CASA, the lab where digital urban is based, is please to announce the availability of 4 fully funded PhD studentships are now available at CASA/Department of Geography.
Starting October 2008, applications now invited from suitably qualified candidates for these ESRC/EPSRC awards in the following areas:
ESRC PhD award in collaboration with ESRI (UK) Ltd on the topic ‘Measuring and monitoring population diversity and spatial concentration: GeoWeb 2.0 solutions’.
£18,940 pa tax-free stipend* plus tuition fees.

Due to funding restrictions, only candidates satisfying ESRC/EPSRC residency requirements may apply.
* To be eligible for the stipend, EU candidates are required to have established UK residency.
