I use Lumion now in studio and love it very much... I think we are headed this way in any case. The way we visualize things a few months from now will be different then the way we did in the past.

I believe cryengine is better because it's really realtime and gives better results, but it's more difficult to import from SU. It's also very expensive for commercial use. But lumion is very good too!
