Why not? As long as the material is appropriate for a use, one could potentially have a way to manufacture small objects and generate a light income from their designs.

Very neat technology. There was a DIY kit also floating around for object to file conversion as well -- using milk. I'm not sure where that link is at the moment, but it's probably an easy search.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15627452470812866343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9986652.post-77658833208253551962007-11-15T16:17:00.000+00:002007-11-15T16:17:00.000+00:00“Just as MP3s, iPods and the Internet have freed m...“Just as MP3s, iPods and the Internet have freed musical talent”

I just had to giggle at that point; I know you’re refering to all mp3 players, but ipods specifically haven’t freed any musical talent that wasn’t free beforehand.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9986652.post-37001674418563475192007-11-15T13:36:00.000+00:002007-11-15T13:36:00.000+00:002300$ to get your own chocolate cookies and decora...2300$ to get your own chocolate cookies and decorative flowers? Sounds a little bit freaky to me. However, do you know the RepRap project? It's the "practical self-copying 3D printer", licensed under GPL. Look here for more. This should also work for cookies ;-)

SCNR,
Uwe.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
